REPORT DETAILS

1. Fleets may now be delineated by color tags -
Simply highlight the fleet in the "Fleets" section, then click the "Rename" button, then select a new color, then click "Save". The fleet color you selected will now be the tag color for each vehicle in the fleet. You will also be able to reference this color with the fleet in the "Split Screen View". The selected color for each fleet will be shown next to the fleet name in the listing on the left.

2. Fleets may now be easily renamed -
You can now easily rename your fleet. Simply highlight the fleet, click "Rename", then type in the new name of the fleet then click "Save".

3. Fleets may now be deleted -
To delete a fleet simply highlight the fleet, click "Delete", then click "OK" form the confirmation box that appears. If you wish to cancel click the "Cancel" button to stop the deletion.

4. Smaller vehicle tags allow more map area to be displayed -
We have reduced the font size in the vehicle tags. This will allow you to see more of the map from a higher altitude.

5. Arrows in the "Moving" icon point to the vehicle heading -
The arrow in the blue moving icon no longer always points east. The arrow will now point to any one of 8 compass headings. (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW) This will make it much easier for your customers to quickly find out what direction their vehicles are moving.

NEW ADDITIONAL FEATURES AS OF 8/09.

Vehicle Search Box - In order to find vehicles in large fleet listings more quickly we have added a search box at the top of the vehicle list as needed in the application. Simply type in the first few digits of the vehicle name and select the vehicle from the drop down list that appears. Click the selected vehicle in the drop-down list then it will appear in the list below while blinking in red. Click the red vehicle name and follow location, reporting or vehicle info tasks as required.

Optimized Vehicle Call-Out Bubble - When you click on a vehicle to get the call-out bubble for vehicle information while on the map you will now have the ability to zoom in or zoom to Google "Street View" when applicable. Simply click either "Zoom" or "Street View" to engage either of these new functions. When zooming in, the map will automatically convert to the satellite image and zoom to the closet level. When moving to "Street View" the street view photo will appear if the vehicle is in an area that has the coverage. If the vehicle is parked outside the street view range a box will appear stating that the feature is not available at this point on the map.

Reltima Announces the Release of the Teluware Trailer Tracking System

Reltima is proud to announce the release of our new Trailer Tracking system. A satellite based tracking solution for customers who have trailers and need a ruggedized, long term, battery powered device. This system will display both conventionally tracked vehicles (2 minute updates) with trailer tracking (1 - 4 updates per day) in the same application. This virtually eliminates the need to use 2 separate systems to handle these tasks. Trailer tracking sales can be a great supplement to your existing efforts. There are over 5 million trailers on the road today with recent market studies showing that 80% of this market reports no ability to track their trailers.

	The Smart Antenna, from Reltima, is a highly accurate and innovative tracking device designed for use in "covert" installation situations. The unit's one-piece, molded construction virtually eliminates tampering. There are no harness or antenna connections that can be easily unscrewed. The device - approximately the size of a credit card - can be easily installed and hidden under the dash. The unit simply requires a power, ground and engine switched power connection to complete the install. The Smart Antenna is easily affixed to the underside of the dash by simply cleaning the area of dust and debris, exposing the 3M VHB (very high bond) tape provided and applying pressure to the unit in the selected area. Installation could not be easier. No drilling, snaking multiple wires, tedious headliner removal or straps/screws are required. SmartAntenna is remotely updatable and configurable via UDP and SMS.  Mileage calculations are performed every few seconds and the accumulated mileage transmitted with each track to reduce the as the crow fly’s effect that causes significant inaccuracies in other systems. In addition, SmartAntenna is constantly evaluating GPS data to eliminate the canyon effect caused in big cities.  SmartAntenna supports I/O and can be outfitted with a serial cable making it the perfect companion for devices that have no ability to communicate wirelessly and need GPS locations to incorporate into data collection applications.  SmartAntenna is only sold through registered Reltima dealers selling the Teluware hosted AVL service.
